Just finished our second week of vacation and heading back home today! We have come to Glen Ellen every summer for the past several years and I will say that it’s quicker to get into vacation mode when we come here. I know the routine, I cook almost every meal (though I’m more of a short order cook than a gourmet), and we go on hikes to the creek. Just like many things in life, maybe it’s about getting into the right rhythm, whether that is offline or not, and the more familiar it is, the easier it is to get into.
